The Grillmaster 8 Mayfair BBQ is built from heavy duty errosion resistant 304-grade stainless steel black finish. It has a stainless steel firebox, roasting hood and cabinet. It features stainless steel burners which are covered by ceramic tile flame diffusers which create an even and consistent heat.

This hotplate suits all Grillmaster BBQ's and is popularly used to replace the open grill in a Grillmaster 6 and 8 burner BBQ including the outdoor kitchens.

There are two 8mm thick solid stainless steel grills and the hotplate is ceramic coated cast iron. This allows for consistent and even in heat conduction. The hotplate can be reversed and used as a griddle plate. Additonal hot plates are also available in cast iron and stainless steel.
There is a convenience and versatile side burner, which can be used as a stove. Perfect for Wok cooking. There is also a rear rotisserie burner which uses inferared to cook succulent spit roasts.
The black stainless steel hood is double line throughout for extra strength and insulation and features a large viewing window. This is very convenient when roasting or cooking a pizza and it has internal lights so it is easy to see your food as it cooks.
The Grillmaster 8 Mayfair is easy to light with a reliable electronic ignition system. This runs off a standard AA battery. Simply turn the knob, click and you're cooking.
The large stainless steel drip tray removes from the front, which makes it easy to access for cleaning and maintenance.
The cabinet is constructed entirely of black stainless steel. It features 3 stainless steel drawers, shelving inside the left hand door and a convenient gas bottle slider.
Double Fridge Module
The Mayfair Outdoor Kitchen's double fridge module has two separate fridges allowing for separate temperature zones. Dial one down to cold for beer or soft drink and set the other as a chiller for wine or salad.
Sink Module
The Grillmaster 8 Mayfair's sink module has stainless steel cabinetry and comes with 2 handy drawers for storage. The sink bowl is stainless steel and the ample bench space is made from pure black granite.
Storage Module
The Mayfair's storage module provides additional storage and bench space to complete your outdoor kitchen area. It has shelving on one side and an area for your bin on the other.
